Because every item is printed to order with your design, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. We do put things right when we make a mistake.
Damaged or misprinted orders
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from the proof you approved, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will reprint it at no cost or refund you.
Mistakes in an approved proof
Please check spelling, phone numbers and colours on your proof carefully. We cannot reprint for free if the mistake was in a proof you approved.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund before you approve your proof. Once printing has started, the advance is not refundable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer or mobile wallet within 7 working days.
