Good files give sharp prints. If your file is not ready, send what you have and we will help.
File types we accept
- Best: AI, PDF or SVG (vector files stay sharp at any size).
- Also fine: PNG or JPG at full size. Avoid screenshots and images saved from WhatsApp status or Facebook, which are compressed.
- Photos for mugs, cushions and shirts: send the original photo from your phone gallery.
Print-ready checklist
- Resolution of at least 300 dpi at the printed size.
- Add 3 mm bleed on every edge for cards, flyers, tags and stickers.
- Keep text and logos 3 mm inside the cut line.
- Use CMYK colours for print. Screen colours (RGB) can print slightly darker.
- Convert fonts to outlines, or send the font files with your design.
