Ordering
How do I send my design?
After you order, send your photo or logo on WhatsApp with your order number. If you do not have a design yet, we will make one with you.
Will I see it before it is printed?
Yes. We send a digital proof on WhatsApp and only print after you approve it.
Can I order a small quantity?
Yes. Stickers start at 50 pieces, business cards and tags at 100, and gifts from a single piece.
Can you print something that is not in the shop?
Usually yes. Send us the details through the quote form and we will reply with a price.
Payment
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. Custom orders need an advance because they cannot be resold; the balance can be paid on delivery.
How do I pay the advance?
We share payment details on WhatsApp when we confirm your order.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Gifts are dispatched in 2 to 3 working days and print in 3 to 4, after you approve the proof. Courier delivery takes 2 to 4 more days.
How much is delivery?
Rs 350 for parcels up to 0.5 kg, Rs 600 up to 1 kg, then Rs 600 for every additional kg, anywhere in Pakistan by M&P courier. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you order. For example, a 2 kg parcel costs Rs 1,200 and a 5 kg parcel costs Rs 3,000. Bulk quote orders include delivery in the quote.
Do you deliver outside Multan?
Yes, to every city in Pakistan by courier.
Problems
What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will reprint it at no cost.
